Q: How does the program work?

A: Monday morning at the start of every week you are sent an email which includes a video on a particular topic Eg. Nutrition and action items to do. On Monday night we have a coaching call where you and others can ask me questions and receive coaching.

Q: How much time do I need to dedicate to this?

A: It will differ week to week, on average 1 - 2 hours a week.

Q: What is involved in the coaching call?

A: All participants are offered the opportunity to partake in a  60 - 90 min weekly coaching call every Monday night where you can ask me questions on any topics and receive coaching.

Q: What format are the electronic files in?

A: Streaming and downloadable video files are in MP4 format and will play on your computer and tablet. Questionnaires, eBooks and hand out materials are in PDF format.

Q: Do I have to pay shipping?

A: Nope! As this is a digital product, there is no shipping cost.

Q: Do you offer payment plans?

A: Yes, we offer a weekly payment plan. 12 weekly payments of $15 per week. (Total $180). Alternatively you can purchase the program for a one off price of $149.00
